Life is continuous.
Every stage of your life leaves you with something useful—systems that worked, lessons from what didn't, skills you developed, relationships you built, and a better understanding of yourself.
Keep what works. Adapt what doesn't. Build what you need next.

The Health&Co Method
Real change isn't about trying harder.
It's about building systems that work with your actual life.
Developed through years of coaching and refined through real work with clients, the Health&Co Method is our six-step framework for turning change into something practical and sustainable. Rather than asking you to start over or follow a perfect plan, it helps you identify what needs to change, build around what already works, and adapt as real life happens.
01
Spot the Need
Identify what is no longer working—and what actually needs to change.
02
Find the Solution
Choose a solution that fits your real life, responsibilities, strengths, and constraints.
03
Implement
Put the change into practice in its simplest workable form.
Plan B, C & D
04
Decide in advance how the habit or system will adapt when life does not go according to plan.
05
Motivation & Reminders
Build the cues, reminders, and reasons that help the new behavior survive beyond initial motivation.
06
Execute & Review
Use it in real life. Notice what works, learn from what doesn’t, and adjust without starting over.
People First.
Titles Second.

Personal and Corporate Coaching
Meet Alev
I built Health&Co around something I learned both personally and professionally: life keeps changing, and the systems that worked for one version of us don't always work for the next.
My work sits at the intersection of habit creation, women's life transitions, and the realities of modern work. Whether I'm working with one woman or a room full of professionals, the goal is the same: understand what isn't working anymore, figure out what will, and build from there.
My approach draws on more than a decade of coaching experience, training in behavior change and nutrition, and my own experience navigating the evolving demands of work, family, identity, and life.

Purpose Before Form
Keep the purpose of a habit or system even when its form needs to change.

Permission Before Transformation
Real change becomes possible when you allow yourself to question the rules you have been following.

Carry Forward What Still Serves You
